How Does CRFA Apply to Leases?

Just curious. https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/consumer-review-fairness-act-what-businesses-need-know Of course, vulgar content is still not cool, so definitely want to be compliant on that front. But , but still, I feel CRFA probably applies to real reviews. And threats to evict based on that are probably a really bad idea. Thoughts?
